So Christmas was fun although fairly uneventful. Nothing too exciting. Grandaddy, Nancy and Nancy's grandson Blake were here for a few days. There has been some major family drama with Mom and Grandaddy (her dad) in the last year so it was good to have them around as a showing of at least a little reconciliation. It was pretty fun. On Thursday Blake and Grandaddy wanted to see the USS Constitution so we went down there, and it was a good day because it was about sixty degrees outside! Woo! After that we went to see the Boston Pops. It's great during the holidays because Santa comes and he brought the conductor red socks, "Thanks Santa, you don't know how long I've been waiting for this!" Hehe. After that we went out to a nice dinner in the North End. Friday we got up early and I went shopping with Nancy to get Marina's Christmas present. I had to go to both CambridgeSide and Burlington to figure out what I wanted to get her but I figured it out. After that we went to the Stakes' for Christmas Eve dinner which is basically the best part of the year. My favorite people and really good food. :) Marina brought me a really cool scarf back from Ireland. It was good to see her, I missed her at Thanksgiving. Christmas was fun, too. We got up and had a nice family breakfast then spent a long time opening lots of good presents. I got lots of nice stuff, some money, sweaters, jewelry. I did pretty well. It was good. Then Mom made a good dinner and we again, ate too much. Hehe. Sunday Dad took Blake and I skiing. I hadn't been in almost two years and it was great to get back on the slopes. We skiied for about four hours, and then we got tired and cold so we headed home. By that time we were in the middle of a Noreaster and it was snoooowy. We got about 10-11 inches in less than a day. Mind you it was sixty degrees on Thurday. Gotta love spastic New England weather. Anyway. Tonight I'm going to hang out with Jessie and Kirsten - how weird! but it should be fun. I head to Italy in less than a week. Crazy. After Italy it's almost time to go back to school which I'm only looking forward to because I miss my favorite boy. But he's been great. :)

So... I feel like it's been awhile since I've updated so while I wait until it's time to go pick up my grandfather at the airport, I'll kill time by doing this. I got home last Wednesday, several hours earlier than expected and I am very happy to be home. Thursday I did some shopping, got my haircut, worked out and hung around all day waiting for it to be Friday... :) So Friday morning I get up at the crack of dawn to drive my dad to Boston so I could have the car to drive to Manchester to pick up Dan. Well, there was about an inch or less of snow on the ground and I haven't driven in the snow for awhile, so I slid very ungracefully into Highland Ave, very nearly missing a large green van. No one died. Phew. So I finally get to Manchester...10 minutes late, which prevented the greeting I had been hoping for but he was there and I was :D. He made me a new CD - woot - and it's awesome. I actually hadn't heard most of the stuff that's on there (except for the NSync. Yes. I win!) but I liked it a lot and I'm sure I'll be listening to it nonstop until school starts and I get to see him again. Hehe. So Friday we went to the Museum of Science where we looked around but we found this awesome room where you can design diaramas - I know how lame it sound but it was so fun - and we spent a whole lot of time doing that on the computers. We got to print them out so I have them tacked to my bulletin board. They're SO cool. :) Friday night Leslie and Stacey came over and we hung around, watched TV, it was fun. Saturday we got up early and bought and decorated the Christmas tree. My mom was a complete control freak (yes, moreso thank me, thank you very much) but we eventually got the lights to be to her liking *sigh*. But the tree looks good and there are lots of presents under it (Otto's only gotten to a few of them so far - ugh!). After that I don't even remember what we did on Saturday. We walked the dog with my mom, and I feel like we putzed around the house a lot because there wasn't a whole lot to do. We went to dinner at On the Border with Leslie and Erika and I ate waaaay too much. But it was so good. I had a burrito, which made me miss Chipotle. Hehe. We came back to my place and after deciding we wanted to go out, we drove out to the bowling alley on Rt. 2 but the Ten Pin had an HOUR wait! So we played Candlepin and Dan beat me for the first time in Candlepin and he was excited. I could have won but I messed up on the last frame. We wanted to save some money so we came back to my house to watch Harry Potter but I promptly went to sleep. Sunday we got up and went to church because Mom said it was the Christmas pageant but she lied. It was still nice, though. Dan went rock climbing with Andy and I worked out and walked the dog with Mom. After that, we showered and decided to go Christmas shopping. We got Dan his shoes, which we both liked, and we figured out what he was going to get me but they didn't have my size so I'm going to get it later. Really cute pink pajamas. :) YAY! Hehe. He actually picked them out and they're adorable. Anyway. After that we went to Wilson Farms and got the ingredients to make a Gingerbread House. We bought the pieces of gingerbread, but we actually configured the house. It is so kickass. As soon as I get the pictures from Dan I'll post them because we did an awesome job. Monday it was absolutely freezing outside. But I worked out inside but he ran outside. Admirable, but a little bit crazy at the same time. I ran into Kirsten Nagle in my driveway, also a little weird. After showering really quickly we drove into Cambridge for lunch with Leslie, but on the way Dan found that somehow his reservations with Delta hadn't gone through and he didn't have a way to get home. However... the 17 year old girl who's obsessed with him's mom works for Delta so he called her and everything worked out in the end, and he's on the flights he originally thought he was going to be on. Phew. After lunch with Leslie we drove out to Harvard to deliver a sweatshirt to Zac because his little sister - the one I took to the NSync concert - just go into GW! Yay! So we hung out there for about an hour, but decided to head home. We worked a little more on our Gingerbread house - I'm telling you, it's incredible - and then made pasta :). Later we went to bowling and Bickford's with Jen, Nadia, Becca, John and Greg. I think that's everyone that was there. It was a good time, we played girls vs. boys in bowling and lost both times, but came in a close second the second game. It was a good time. We went to Bickford's and got lots of good food, then headed home around 11. Tuesday :( Dan had to leave but we had all morning, so we got up and went to Bickfords as we had no food around, and then went and rented Elf and cuddled on the couch. He is so cute. And the movie was really funny. We drove to Logan and I hung out with him until he had to go through the security line and I was sad to see him go, but I only cried once. He's happy to be home, though, and some forced separation is probably good for us every once in awhile. I missed him really terribly yesterday after he left but I'm doing okay today. I built some Legos (thanks cutie) and watched some Dawson's Creek and I survived. Hehehe. Now I'm off to the airport to pick up Grandaddy, etc. Tomorrow we get to go to the Pops! Yay! AAAAAND THEN! It's almost Christmas... and then almost New Years (boo on lonliness) and then ITALY! I can't wait. :) Merry Christmas everyone!
Alright well I haven't updated in awhile, or at least it feels like awhile, and the update ten minutes ago doesn't count because it doesn't say anything of substance. Anyway, I'm ready to be out of here. I've typed 16 pages of an Anthropology outline for the final and it's still not done yet and I think I'm going to finish tomorrow. I have 13 more pages (as in textbook pages) to outline so it won't take me too long. I'm just tired of doing it today. Day 1 I typed 8 pages, Day 2, 5 pages, and today, 4 pages. I'm losing steam, needless to say. :) Anyway. Weekend was good. Thursday I took public transportation up to Annapolis and boy was he cute. :) We went to the mall to buy Christmas presents for the roommates, which they both seemed to enjoy (Megan = Postal Service CD, Christine = Gryffindor t-shirt). After that, we went... wait for it... bowling. And it was fun. I think we both won one, which is the way it should be, hehe. We coulnd't figure out what else to do up there so we drove back to DC, had Chipotle, and hung out. It was rainy and gross so we stayed in. On Friday I went to lunch and manicures with Tara and it was great. Things had been kind of weird with her in recent weeks but I'm feeling a lot better about it, so that was good. Friday night I stayed in and Mary came over and we watched Best in Show. She's fun :) Saturday I got up, putzed around, did some work, went to the gym... Dan came over around 4:30 and after a little bit of an emotional breakdown, we had fun. We went to Friday's and bowling with David and then David showed us funny videos online. PO-TA-TOES. Yay for Samwise ;). After that, Dan and I watched Love Actually (on his request, no less!), but I fell asleep after about an hour. We got up this morning, really slowly, then went to lunch at Coggins. So yummy. Favorite place to eat. He had to go to flight so I came back here and worked on this Anthropology outline. And I watched TV and played a 45 minute game of Egymptian Ratscrew with Christine. We had some disagreements about the "rules" but I won, so no harm done :) Hehehe. I ordered Chinese food for dinner but then Dan came back! He ate Wendy's on the way over and now he's sitting there editing my Prospectus like the fabulous boyfriend that he is. Yay. I go home on Wednesday, woohoo! I can't wait. Two exams and this Prospectus left. Not so bad.

Hum de hum hum. I'm tired of school. A week from today I go home. Thank God. Things and people are driving me insane. I have to fix my Prospectus. I've fixed four paragraphs in 45 minutes. So that's, what, 11 minutes per paragraph. Then I need someone to edit it. That and my social movements paper which is due tomorrow. Spent TWO HOURS editing Dan's paper last night, but it turned out well. I'm just tired of editing now, and I haven't even done my own stuff yet, ugh! "Please come to Boston for the springtime I'm staying here with some friends and they've got lots of room You can sell your paintings on the sidewalk By a cafe were I hope to be working soon Please come to Boston She said "No, won't you come home to me." She said "Ramblin' boy, won't ya settle down? Boston ain't your kinda town There ain't no gold and there ain't nobody like me I'm the number one fan of a man from Tennessee" Please come to Denver where the snow falls We'll move up into the mountains so high that we can't be found and throw "I love you" echoes down the canyon And we'll lie awake at night 'til they come back around Please come to Denver She said "No, Baby you come home to me." She said "Ramblin' boy, why don't ya settle down? Denver ain't your kinda town There ain't no gold and there ain't nobody like me I'm the number one fan of the man from Tennessee" Please come to L.A., we'll live forever The California life alone is just too hard to bear We'll live in a house that looks out over the ocean And we'll see stars that fell from the sky, livin' up on the hill Please come to L.A. She said "No, Baby you come home to me." She said "Hey ramblin' boy, why don't ya settle down? L.A. ain't your kinda town There ain't no gold and there ain't nobody like me I'm the number one fan of the man from Tennessee" Please come to Boston for the springtime Please come to Boston for the springtime Please come to Boston Won't you please come to Boston Won't you please come home to me Won't you please come to Denver Won't you please come to me (to L.A.) Won't you please come back to your family (to Boston) Won't you please come to L.A. Won't you please come to Denver where the snow falls"
So I seem to have pulled a muscle in my armpit. Yes. My armpit. And let me tell you, you use your armpit nearly as much as you use your abs. That's how irritating this injury is. This is right up there with abs and ass injuries. Never know how much you use this stuff until it's a little bit broken. It's kind of funny, I know. I took Aleve and it's feeling a little bit better. I feel weird massaging my armpit but whatever. It's cool. Make fun of me. Screw y'all. :) Good luck on finals... ELEVEN
Mon, Dec. 6th, 2004, 08:16 am Go Navy! :)
Mmm this weekend was wonderful! It was the Army/Navy Game in Philly and it was excellent. We finally got on the road around three on Friday. Driving up was Dan, Christine, her friend Jess, and me. Despite some traffic near Baltimore the drive wasn't too terrible - although that might be because I wasn't doing the driving ;). However, this is the beginning of the saga of our tickets. So we're part way to Philly and I turn to Dan (being the nagging person that I am) and say, "hey, you have our tickets, right?" And he gets this glazed over expression... "No.." and Chrstine and I were like "Haha, how funny, no, really." He was like, "...Yeah I'm gonna call Ethan." Thank God for Ethan! So Ethan rummaged through Dan's stuff in their room at the academy for 10 minutes or so and we got them. We went to pick Greg up at Swarthmore and after several turn arounds (wait, Dan just missed that parking lot... ;) hehe) we finally found him. We went to downtown Philly and walked a long way to get to South Street. Greg and I had our first proper Cheesesteaks, although he goes to school there, and we also saw Condom Kingdom. It's basically a less overtly disturbing place that Pleasure Place in Georgetown. Though it was interesting to see. After that we went bowling near Christine's house and I bowled a personal high of 178! Woot! I was psyched. We went back to Christine's house and Dan and I slept in their extra room, which they don't usually use, so they keep the heating vent closed. However, we couldn't figure out why we were so freezing, so we were really bundled up and still cold. The next morning we figured out the vent and felt a little silly. But it was okay.
So Saturday morningwe got Dunkin' Donuts (yes!) and Dan and I left for the stadium, and we got there a little past 11. Here's Part II of the ticket saga. So Dan calls Ethan to tell him where I am so he can bring me the tickets. He finds me and he is like "I'm so sorry." HOLY FUCK WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? He's like, "I forgot the tickets in my car." "And where is your car, dear?" (a little bit scared), and he's like, "It's just beyond that building... and can you turn off my lights, I forgot to." So, I walked about half a mile to get to his car and found the tickets, thank God. So that was...eventually... a success. After trying to get Dan's friend a ticket, which took several retracing of steps to find the Will Call office, I met up with Christine and her brother and father. We found the seats (12 rows from the top of the stadium looking at a sea of Cadets, and never once in the sun), and I got some hot chocolate to warm me up. It wasn't actually that cold, but not moving and no sun made it seem a lot colder than it actually was.
We missed the march on of both academies, but we were there for some of the other pre-game festivities. We saw the Prisoner Exchange, which was cool. That's where the exchange cadets/mids (there are some Navy boys at Army and vice versa, just for the semester) back to their "home" schools so they can cheer on the proper team :). After that there were guys parachuting out of the sky from both the Army and the Navy, and I can say in a completely unbiased way that the Seals were SO much cooler. One guy looked like he was out of control, he was plummeting toward the field, then he pulled up and skimmed along the field and landed perfectly. It was so cool! After that there were both Army and Navy flyovers. The Navy jets were so low that they shook the stadium and we could feel the heat from them. It was so cool. After that a bunch of Army helicopters flew over, which was less impressive, though Dan told us later the helicopters are really pretty sweet. There was some cool stuff at halftime, too. The guy who always sings "God Bless America" at Yankee Stadium sang it for the game, and there was this cool part where President Bush switched sides. Dan's company got to line the field for USNA so he actually got to be about thirty feet from the president, which is pretty cool! Also they did this cool thing with a flag in the shape of the U.S. It was fun. The game itself ended up being something of a blow out. Army held their own during the first quarter, but for the rest of the game Navy dominated and the final score was 42-13... GO NAVY! It was very fun. Despite the cold. Dan got me a cowbell that is deafeningly annoying. But I'm very, very happy.
After the game I was cold and we were all a little bit tired. Dan, Christine and I headed back to Christine's house where we rested for a little while, and I attempted to get warm, my feet were like ice cubes (thanks for helping!). After getting decently warm and changing out of all the ridiculous layers I had been wearing, Dan and I went to Chilis and had fajitas. We ate a whole lot. But it was yummy. After that we headed into downtown Philly to see if we could find a bar that I could go into. We found one, but it just sucks that I essentially have to stay in one place the whole night. It was just Dan and me and Dan's beer for about an hour before Ethan and Ashley met us there. They're fun, and we had a good time. However, after 3 hours of sitting in the same place, in a room filled with cigarette smoke, and not being able to drink (I was driving), I started to feel a little sick. So, around 1 Dan and I left. It was a good night :)
Sunday we woke up late and stopped at a diner on the way out of Jersey. It reminded me of Bickford's and it was very yummy. Dan decided to basically order the menu, which was very funny, but he was happy. Eggs and Italian sausage (anyone want any sausage? it's really thick...shut up Laura) and French Toast and Hash Browns and Grapefruit Juice. He had a lot of food. :) So after that stop we got on the road to D.C. Christine promptly passed out in the backseat. I stayed awake for a little while but fell asleep cuddling with Dan's arm after a little while. It was nice. He woke me up when we were at New Carrolton and he was like, "Where do you want me to drop you off?" Umm... "I want you to drop me off in D.C." so he was really sweet and he did. He actually ended up staying until 7 which was excellent. When he was here we hung out and we ordered pizza and Cinnasticks from Dominos and we, again, ate like pigs. Yes. :) He makes me so happy...I'd go on a cutesy little rant but... :) I'll spare you. Yay for Dan :) After he left I watched Love Actually and did no work. I was tired so I was in bed by 11:30 (oh, wonderous bed). Now, it is time for laundry and homework. Then it's time for the radio, class, gym, and MORE homework! Oh...what fun!
So I went to dinner with Mary tonight. I hadn't seen her in far too long and it was fun. We laugh a lot together and have a lot in common so I had a really great time. We went to Bertucci's and talked about Dan, Tyler, my craziness, weird stuff in life, going home for break, dealing with finals and the end of the semester. It was a nice chat. Then we went to Tower and I got a new Sister Hazel CD. I've been on such a kick, and this is the only CD I've bought this semester so I'm doing great. After being there and being disappointed because there's no new Cosmo yet, we went back to her place and I got lots of new music from her. She's got lots of good stuff. The titles of the CDs are "Mostly Sad Love Songs Part 1" and "Because You Aren't Depressed Enough...Mostly Sad Love Songs Part 2". Hehehe. :) it was good to see her and I think some time with a girl was necessary. I'm much better now. Tomorrow, no Research Methods, so I have all morning to get the last of my reading done, and then go to Anth. After that I have to skip my lunch with Liz again :( because I have a stupid group meeting at 2. Must remember to call Christina and remind her. Then I have Social Movements, and that'll be the last class for that! Woohoo! Then, I have a quick meeting at 6:30 and since my dinner plans cancelled, I'm free after that... I'll come up with something. :) Then, Philly this weekend. It's gonna be a great weekend. I'm psyched to see Greg, on top of all the other wonderful things that are going on (GO NAVY)...(Dan!)...(first proper Cheesesteak). All of those things. Excellent. Now, I'm going to waste time... elsewhere. Shutup.
It's December... and you know what that means! COUNTDOWNS. So here we have it.
Home: 15 Dan at home: 17 Christmas: 25 New Years: 31 Birthday: 70 (but who's counting?)
Yesterday was pretty good. I got up around 8 and twiddled away the morning. I read my last chapter of Anthro for the semester which means all I have left to read for the rest of the semester are two short articles. WoOt! I'm pretty psyched about that. After that I had Research Methods which is now a waste of time for me (and I don't even have to go tomorrow, yes!) because I've done things on time so I don't have a whole lot of questions. Then was Anthro and Liz is SO sweet! She bought me Harmony Bear (which, mind you, I didn't already own, and that's pretty impressive)!! I was so happy. We made her meditate and wave and do aerobics. It was excellent (thanks Liz!!). Afterwards I came back here, and talked to Dan online. He asked me to come up to dinner and my PR class allows one absence and all it was was student presentations so despite my hatred of people who skip class, I so rarely do it, I figured it was okay. Only to remember later that I had a take home test due, so I hope she'll take it via email because otherwise I'm screwed. But dinner was fun and Dan was soooooo cute. We went to Red Lobster and we had SO much food. But it was yummy. Then we played stupid time wasting games (ie MASH), and then he dropped me back off at New Carrolton. I love that boy. :) After that I came back, and due to my guilty feelings about the take home exam (which was finished, I just needed to email it) I wrote 5 pages in about an hour and fifteen minutes, which was completing my part of the PR project. I still have to meet with them, probably tomorrow, but at least it's written, and the really nitpicky girl in my group said it was "amazing"... so, phew. Then I talked to Dan for about a half an hour before bed so I went to sleep smiling like this :D.
( New Favorite Song: Sister Hazel - Sword and Shield )
Today was uneventful though I've been pretty busy. Dan called me at 8 to get me out of bed... I made breakfast, went to the gym (YEAH, MOTIVATION!), and came back and twiddled away the morning. I went over to the news around 11:30, and the show was pretty good. My cohost is bad on air so its tough to listen to him, but it's alright. Then I had Psych - still no paper back, grr! - and then I met David for lunch. Went to Coggins - yummy! BUT, it turns out Army does NOT salute inside, which is news to me. Then we went to Safeway and, as predicted, I had trouble picking out steak. I dont know how much Dan is going to eat! Gah! And I bought more anyway, so we could either cook more and have leftovers, or I can make more some other time. ;) Then we came back and DVB showed me this cool Jay-Z (yes yes yes, I know) video that manipulates the "She Loves You" scene from A Hard Day's night. It's wicked cool. I miss home. :( I wanna go back home.
Alrighty! Now that I've gotten some much needed homework done, I can update everyone on my fabulous weekend. So, as we already talked about Wednesday and the shopping "spree," I'll continue from there. So I went to Terry's house and hung out with Terry (obviously), Jim Matarazzo, Becca, Will, Alec, Hillary, Diana and Owen. Mike Marotta also made an appearance, but that wasn't the exciting part. So we just sat around eating mac and cheese (homemade, mind you), strawberries, chili, crackers, cheese and brownies and chatting. It's interesting, particularly with Jim as he isn't the interim anymore. That and most of us are in college and a little more grown up so we have a very different relationship. It's cool, we had a really great time. I was happy to catch up with everyone. Once Terry was ready for bed, Owen, Diana, Becca, Will and I all went to Bickford's, but we were so full we couldn't eat anything. Steve caught up with us there, and he and Diana are dating - how weird is that?! But the Crabtrees and I started to fade pretty quickly so we went home and passed out. THANKSGIVING, yay! My mother has this weird thing on Thanksgiving where she has us all eat a really big breakfast at around 9. So we had eggs, bacon, biscuits, fruit salad and orange juice for breakfast and it was very yummy. Andy promptly went back to bed (anyone surprised? I think not), while mom and I took Otto for a walk in the Fells. He is too cute. Runs and runs and runs. Plays with all the other puppies. He's really really adorable. After that we got back and I went to the gym (haha, that means I went downstairs, yeah, go us!) and watched Harry Potter (again, yes, shut the fuck up). Seriously, the basement is one of my favorite things about home. Around 4 we went over the the Browns, and here's everyone who was there: Mom, Dad, Andy, me, Dr. Stakes, Kate, Johnny, Mr. Brown, Mrs. Brown, Ryan, Keith, Aunt Jo, and Mrs. Brown's mother. I love being around all of them because I've really known them my whole life. I've known the Stakes since I was, basically, born. They're really, really close family friends, and I was just sad that Rina wasn't there, but, again, Ireland, I'll forgive her. It's kind of funny though we still sit with kids on one end of the table and grown ups (hehe) on the other end. We had a great time and dinner was soooo good. After all the shrimp I had before dinner even started, I was already kind of full but I managed to pack down a fair bit of turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin pie (the BEST part!). So good. After dinner we went to the living room and I took a short nap on the couch while the boys threatened me (I wasn't totally asleep). We decided to go back to our house so we could drink in peace, lol. So Keith went to pick up Andrea (not together anymore but really close friends, and sleep together, lol), and we all came over. Andy broke out his expensive Scotch, he and Keith drank that while Johnny, Andrea and I had margaritas. I was "driver" though everyone had cars, so I couldn't drink much. Andy's friends Meg and... Meg's friend came over after a bit. They were pretty nice, though Meg's friend was kind of awkward (socially and physically), and she left after a little bit (didn't realize Johnny was there, who she had hooked up with before). I hung around with them until about 11:30 when Andy started being the asshole drunk he is. So I went upstairs and talked to Nathan for about 45 minutes until I went to bed (before being woken up by Andy to borrow a condom. Yes, my brother asked if he could borrow a condom from me. how awkward? my thoughts exactly). So... Friday was a lazy day. I got up and watched TV... there was a Law and Order marathon on, what was I supposed to do?! It was excellent. Soon I realized, however, that Express had left one of my sweaters out of the bag, so I had to trek back to the mall (this is the day after Thanksgiving, mind you) to pick it up. They were cool about it, though. After that I went to get my new pants hemmed, to CVS/Stop&Shop to pick up various items (Damn Catholics!), and to vote for the override (it better pass!), and then to work out. When I got back I was quite tired, and passed out in front of the fire right before the Texas/Texas A&M game, so I took a loooong nap through the first half. I watched the second half, intermixed with some Law and Order... Hook 'em horns! Texas won, of course! I ended up doing absolutely nothing on Friday night. Leslie came over for a bit but I ended up reading and passing out pretty early. Saturday was way busy. I got up, worked out, and went to Bickford's with Leslie. Mmm mmm Bickford's. So unhealthy, such terrible service, such a shithole, and boy, do we love it. Hehehe. We talked about boys (what a shock!) and various other things. It was fun. At 3 I met Nathan... in the exact same place we always meet. Then we walked the exact same way we always walk and stopped - whoa - at Newbury Comics. nothing too new or exciting except for all the fun Sox gear. I hadn't been home since we won and there is SO much stuff. It's crazy. We walked through Downtown Crossing, and started walking toward the same old movie theater. We decided to see The Incredibles, even though I'd already seen it, because I thought he would like it (I was right), and I liked it (I even liked it again!). We walked around Copley mall, and thought about dinner. He said he wanted Mexican, and the only place I know that is Mexican is On the Border in Woburn so we drove all the way out there. It was a 30 minute wait and he didn't think it was worth it so we went to Uno's (LOL) instead. After debating whether we should do anything else, I ended up driving him back to Wonderland, and I got home around 10:30. I was going to see JMT but he was in bed when I called and I figured that sounded appealing so I also went to bed. This morning I got up, took one look at the weather report, and changed my flight so it was earlier. I got the noon flight out of Logan, and was back in City Hall (after a little bit of a delay) by around 2:45. Wasn't too bad. At 6:30 I went back to Reagan to pick up Dan :) and it was so so so good to see him. He got me one of those pink breast cancer bracelets that are like the Livestrong ones. It was sweet because I had asked him to look out for them, and he found one on his kitchen counter! Hehe! We came back to campus and went to Friday's for dinner but he had to rush back to get to the Academy on time. I came back and did a draft of my Prospectus, and that brings us up to... now :) 17 days until home 19 days until Dan is home with me 27 days until Christmas
